We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and long-established financial advisory firm based in Zug. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-oriented Financial & Insurance Advisor to join a team dedicated to serving international private clients, with a particular focus on expats living in Switzerland.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive advice and support across all areas of insurance and financial planning. The firm delivers independent, needs-based solutions, ensuring the best fit for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide needs-based advice to international clients moving to or living in Switzerland
• Acquire and develop new client relationships
• Prepare tailored insurance and financial proposals
• Support clients with quotations and policy comparisons
• Represent the company at client events and industry fairs
• Participate in planning and organising internal events

Your Profile :

• Completed education in the insurance or financial services field ideally Certified Insurance Intermediary VBV
• Several years of experience as an insurance advisor or broker advising affluent expat clients with complex financial planning requirements
• Proven track record in consultative sales and customer acquisition
• Strong self-motivation, reliability, and structured work style
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
