We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on person to join our international team.

• Tax efficiency and risks management (incl. restructuring, liquidations, refinancing)
• Tax audits management
• Oversight of corporate tax risks in local operations
• Accuracy of Transfer Pricing documentation incl review of intercompany transactions
• Support in the review and coordination of global tax reporting and provisions as part of the annual financial statements
• Corporate tax compliance (tax returns)
• Work with local accounting teams to improve the quality and consistency of tax accounting data
• Calculation of deferred taxes and the reconciliation of tax rates
• Support in the collection, validation and preparation of data for compliance purposes in accordance with Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE)
• Identification and implementation of process improvements in the Group-wide tax reporting procedures
• Support for ad hoc projects and questions in the area of corporate taxes, TP

• Sound professional experience (at least 5 years) in the field of corporate tax law, ideally in a multinational company or a Big 4 accounting firm
• Experience with Swiss principal structures
• Proven expertise in IFRS tax law, including deferred taxes
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of Pillar 2 requirements (OECD GloBE) or similar regulatory frameworks is a great advantage
• Experience in working with local accounting teams in various jurisdictions
• Strong analytical and reviewing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize at peak times.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German and other languages are an advantage).
• Confident in a remote and international team environment
