MARKETING LEAD SURGERY Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Switzerland
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead Surgery to lead our Surgery Marketing team, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position
Leading and managing the local Surgery Marketing Team in Switzerland
Responsible for delivering on P&L (OPEX and CAPEX) targets
Close cooperation with the local sales structure; taking market insights and implementing and
adapting the strategyImplementation and execution of local Franchise Strategic Objectives
Close exchange and cooperation with regional (EMEA) and global marketing
Responsible for portfolio management: product launch (LEX), product-life-cycle-management, pricing, etc.
Market analysis and segmentation, analyzing and driving new business models and solutions
Creating effective sales support tools and digital solutions
Product forecast and inventory responsibility
Co-design, shaping and implementation of the training strategy (Professional and Commercial Education)
Compliance and monitoring of internal, legal and external requirements and guidelines (including Health Care Compliance, Regulatory, Complaints, CE, MRD, etc)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Advanced degree is preferred
Strong network and deep knowledge about the Swiss orthopedic and health care environment
Demonstrated ability to interact intelligently with surgeons and aligned health care professionals
Demonstrated ability to translate clinical benefits of products to economic value to heath care
providers
In-depth knowledge of business management contexts
Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing diverse stakeholders
Results and solution-oriented work style
Team player with enthusiasm and passion
Strong customer orientation and very clear and good communication skills
Confident presentation skills, very good IT/ MS Office skills
Fluent in German and English
What you will need to succeed
Demonstrates strong initiative and follow through in executing project responsibilities, overcoming obstacles and balancing multiple priorities effectively through strong technical and/or project leadership experience is preferred.
Good communication skills - The ability to effectively communicate concepts, ideas and knowledge to upper management, other individuals, customers, e.g. Health Care Professionals and/ or teams across the organization is required.
Demonstrated creative design ability.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload.
