to join our legal team and contribute to complex international commercial, civil, and regulatory matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice on international commodity trading transactions, including sales, shipping, and storage contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as sale and purchase agreements, intercompany agreements, charter parties, and other related contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws, maritime regulations, and industry standards.
• Advise on civil law and common law issues affecting the company’s global operations.
• Collaborate with business units to identify legal risks, mitigate exposure, and provide proactive solutions.

Your profile:

• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 7–10+ years of experience in international commercial law, with significant experience in commodity trading.
• Deep understanding of common law and civil law systems, maritime law, and financial market regulations.
• Strong experience in compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution in cross-border contexts.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and advisory skills with high attention to detail.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and regions.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-stakes, cross-border projects.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage (English mandatory; additional languages are an advantage).
