Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Product Owner, owns the capability vision, roadmap, and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements, and will be responsible for:
Designing and deploying digital solutions supporting all regions and modalities to the respective IMSC functional business by leading projects and ensuring consistency of the end-to-end solutions
Providing adequate end-user support and realizing value during the entire lifecycle of the digital product acting as the "voice of customer” within the squad
Ensuring business ownership of the digital product in alignment with the JJT and Data partner
Responsibilities:
- Work to define a backlog of requirements for the Product/Squad and to prepare these for Intake & Prioritization Approval ensuring they are aligned to the cross functional, digital, and functional roadmaps
- Define data requirements for any process changes or new processes being developed. Align these changes/new requirements with Data Design Leads
- Assess and deliver value realization post release, and appropriately prioritize stakeholder engagement in design changes to activity-based user adoption monitoring
- Conduct business impact assessments for any requested changes, including risk assessments and identification of required regression testing with JJT BA or Technical Product Owner
- Conduct or provide oversight into all business testing with the Key Users within the area of product responsibility. Responsible for the Community of Practice with the End Users (>4,000).
- Ensure with the enterprise and each functional Process Owners and Learning & Development team business training documentation is updated or created for training purposes.
- Develop/Update capability roadmap & business value proposition using 3E value methodology and identifying required resources. Integrate capability roadmap into LRFP, BP and IRC processes.
Qualifications:
University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Masters/MBA degree or equivalent preferred.
Required Years of Related Experience:
- 8+ years of related experience required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven business acumen in Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance.
- Experience with Digital Products, ERP and Data Science Platforms.
- Effective communication skills to drive common goals and objectives.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to influence without authority are required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience across at least two functional areas is preferred.
- Experience in supporting large change management initiatives and FPX training is a plus.
Other:
- Up to 10% domestic and international travel required
