We are looking for a Splunk Implementation Specialist/Developer to support the design, configuration, and rollout of Splunk-based observability and monitoring solutions. The role focuses on implementing dashboards, alerts, and data onboarding to enable end-to-end visibility across applications and platforms.
Implement and configure Splunk (Splunk Observability / Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Cloud) solutions.
Perform Splunk Administration activities.
Monitoring & Obsrvability Tool: Splunk, Splunk ITSI
Design and build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring use cases aligned with business and operational needs.
Onboard and integrate metrics, logs, and traces from various systems and applications.
Support initial setup, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with platform, DevOps, and application teams during implementation.
Migrate and redesign existing Grafana dashboards and observability use cases into Splunk.
Support documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Designed and built customized dashboards for infrastructure and application monitoring.
Developed KPI-based visualization panels for performance metrics, error rates, and availability trends.
Strong understanding of observability and monitoring concepts (metrics, logs, alerts).
Experience creating dashboards and alerts in Splunk.
Ability to troubleshoot data ingestion and visualization issues.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
NICE TO HAVEExperience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Familiarity with IT operations, DevOps, or SRE practices.
Prior experience in enterprise-scale monitoring implementations.
