EMEA Recruitment is proud to partner with a global business that is expanding its Supply Chain function. Our client specializes in healthcare, with a focus on beauty, skincare, and additional health products.

As the Supply Planning Team Lead, you'll lead a team of Supply Chain Planners, drive continuous improvement across all planning processes, and ensure project delivery is complete and aligns with the company's goals.

The role is based in Zug, Switzerland, and provides hybrid working opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Supply Planning Team Lead:

• Manage and develop a team of Supply Chain Planners to reach company objectives and complete/meet project deadlines
• Manage the end-to-end supply planning processes to ensure that materials and products are available to meet customer demand
• Align KPIs with company objectives; monitor and report key performance indicators, including stock-out risk assessment and evaluation of product availability timelines, in coordination with internal suppliers, manufacturing, and production planning teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, quality standards, and cost management
• Manage inventory in detail to ensure that stock levels are stable, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory while optimizing working capital

Desirable requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a comparable planning role, ideally in the FMCG sector, with leadership skills
• Skilled in using enterprise planning systems such as SAP or other planning tools
• Demonstrated strengths in data analysis, Power BI, organizational planning, and proactive problem solving
