Technical requirements
- Civil engineer (m/f/d), construction technician (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (f/m/d) with comparable knowledge
- good knowledge of construction accounting
- Basics of construction law VOB and BGB
- Affinity for IT applications
- strong understanding of numbers

Your tasks
- Link between construction site (contact with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, assembly personnel) and project management
- Assembly planning (for own personnel and subcontractors)
- Organization and construction site logistics
- Preparation of financial statements and determination of performance levels
- project-related correspondence
- Completion notifications, acceptance requests
- snagging and outstanding works management
- if necessary, participation in construction consultations
- Participation in the calculation of supplements
