Your profile

Completed studies in civil engineering , technician training or training as a master painter
Professional experience as a project manager is desirable
Good commercial know-how and very good knowledge of German
Solid knowledge in common PC programs and construction accounting software (e.g. Arriba, RIB iTWO)
Confident handling of VOB/A, VOB/B and VOB/C
Goal-oriented negotiation skills and entrepreneurial expertise
Mobility

Your tasks

Independent planning, control and coordination of construction projects in the greater Leipzig area and nationwide
Communication with clients
Negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
Supplementary management, billing and measurement
Monitoring of projects regarding compliance with Costs, deadlines and quality
