Job description
- Software- und Betriebssysteminstallationen - Remote und Onsite
- Reparaturen an Desktops, Notebooks und Tablets (Garantie)
- Persönliche Anwenderbetreuung am Service Point
- Remote Unterstützung für Kundenstandorte in Deutschland und im Ausland
- IT-Supportarbeiten anhand von Incident-, Service-Request-, IMAC- und Break & Fix-Tickets
Requirements
- technische Erfahrung im Vor-Ort-Service / Usersupport / 2nd Level Support
- Detailkenntnisse in Windows Client Betriebssystemen (Windows 7 / 10)
- Umgang mit zentraler Softwareverteilung (SCCM)
- Kenntnisse in Client Hardware
- Erfahrung im Hard- und Software Rollout
