Responsibilities arrow_right
- Handling of technical inquiries: Collaboration with the R&D and Sales teams to resolve internal and external technical questions
- Execution of sampling and trials in the laboratory and pilot plant: Support in the operation and maintenance of the pilot facility, performance of corrosion tests, and bath conversions in the lab and pilot environment
- Documentation: Preparation of technical documents such as test reports, specifications, and application guidelines to support Sales and facilitate customer communication
- Technical support of customer projects: Product selection and process design in collaboration with the Sales team; support for selected projects on-site
Qualifications arrow_right
- Completed vocational training as a surface coater or electroplater, or equivalent technical qualification (e.g. electroplating technician, master craftsman, or bachelor's degree in materials science)
- Professional experience in decorative electroplating
- Accurate theoretical and practical approach to handling electroplating-related tasks
- Independent and structured working style
- Enjoyment of working in national and international teams
- Strong communication skills
- Business fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with common office software
