The main objective I've set to me is to grant the term service a special own new success oriented note. The aim is to help companies to a definite optimization of their business activities considering also their strategic goals. The most used term for this is "Business Excellence".

My experience ranges from services in the whole Software Life Cycle (IT) to Process Quality Management (ISO 9001, ISO 9004, EFQM, CMMI). My approach aside from all actually used process optimizing models is: simple integrated understandable strategically aligned and operatively optimized business processes are leading to an easy and efficient process optimizing cycle, to success and thereby to enthusiasm which facilitates the continuity of a business enhancement and competitive leadership.
