Exchange New Car Sales

Dürfen wir uns vorstellen?

Exchange New Car Sales (ENCS) was founded in the 1960s with the mission of providing no-negotiation, set-value sales of Chrysler, Ford, Harley-Davidson, and Honda vehicles to military personnel who are stationed abroad. Operating out of 100 offices in 30 countries, Exchange New Car Sales has taken an innovative business lead in several ways that have improved service to the company's military customers, including increased accessibility to vehicles, custom tailored purchase plans, and an exclusive emergency payment plan.

Exchange New Car Sales provides easy accessibility to vehicles by bringing them to high traffic locations where individuals in the military service are frequent visitors during the limited times when they are not on duty. By placing automobiles in convenient places, such as shopping malls, video arcades, and food courts, ENCS is enabling them to multitask and spend quality time with their families while simultaneously shopping for a vehicle.

Another of ENCS's business innovations is the availability of purchase plans that are custom designed to meet the unique needs of each customer. Due to the fact that the company's customer base is largely military service members who are stationed outside of the United States for designated periods, the financing needs of each customer can vary greatly. The automotive finance professionals at ENCS understand these special requirements and will work with military automotive customers to design an optimal financing plan.

ENCS's Emergency Payment Plan, available at no cost to customers financing through a participating partner, offers peace of mind and a back-up plan in case of an unexpected event. The Emergency Payment Plan assumes car payments for customers who are subject to Involuntary Separation or Emergency Leave during the term of the automobile financing contract and within the limits of the Plan.
