IMC starts the mystery customer service since 2006, we have a specialist team in mystery shopping and customer satisfaction research, dedicated in helping business measuring the customer experience to improve the bottom line.

Over the years, we have build a team of professional freelancing mystery shoppers throughout China. Since from 2010, we started a joint effort with the Chinese Consumers’ Associations to build China’s first mystery shoppers’ association.
