You supply us with a complete job specification. Details that are important are: a description of your company, working conditions, salary.
We then get in contact with you to discuss details, such as timing and costs. Based on the above, our recruiters (in several countries) start an extensive search. As soon as the first reactions come in, a first personal interview takes place Then, a CV will be made and passed on to you.
If this CV matches your demand, an interview is arranged between you and the candidate. Contract details will be discussed as well as a start date.
If a test (at your expense) needs to take place, this will be arranged. You take care of finding suitable accommodation for your employee. Travel arrangements are made. You will meet your new employee at the airport. You take care of all the necessary paperwork, we will assist you if needed
