MY RATES

The price per line* amounts between CHF 1.90 and CHF 3.20 for clients in Switzerland, or between EUR 1.00 and 2.00 for clients in the EU. In the case of particularly demanding texts that require considerable research, an additional charge will be agreed upon with the client. *The price per line is based on a standard line consisting of 55 characters (including spaces) in the target text and is determined by the source text’s subject matter and degree of difficulty.

ABOUT ME

After completing my degree program at KV Schweiz in 1998, I spent seven and a half instructive and exciting years in Florence and Rome, where I worked in various sectors as a business staff member, sales clerk and hostess, and where I produced my earliest translations. During this time I discovered how much I enjoyed taking a creative approach to language and interacting with Italian culture. Following my return to Switzerland, I took a position with an international transport company while also pursuing a degree as a qualified translator at the St. Gallen School of Interpreting and Commerce (HDS). I have been working as a freelance translator for several years now – a job that I perform with great care and dedication, driven by a passion for language and culture.
