Saw Seal, Inc manufactures the Saw Seal Machine that Saws, Cleans and Seals multiple joints simultaneously on new concrete pavement. Spanning the width of the pavement, Saw Seal machine has blade only contact allowing the earliest entry to control cracking. Equipped with a HEPA filtration vacuum system, SSM captures the toxic silica dust generated from the sawing process and collects it in a 55 gallon drum for recycle or disposal. Compressed air further cleans and dries the joint. Finally the joint is sealed automatically based on the joint dimensions and travel speed of the machine. The Crafco EZ Series 1500 melter is the unit providing the maximum production for the largest projects the Saw Seal will handle.
