In my trainings and coachings I focus on three things: Communication, Interpersonal Skills/Interaction, and Personal Behavior at the workplace. My clients learn to live authentic to who they really are and who they really want to be and to feel personally effective in their job and workplace.
My clients are a mix of men and women who are either 1.) owner or lead manager of a small or mid-sized business, or 2.) manager of a department in a larger company, or 3.) project leader/manager, or 4.) individual looking for personal support.
