Owner and Former National Football League player Mitchell Marrow bought The Spot Experience (then called Canine Country Club) and immediately renovated the facilities to raise the bar at each location to a higher standard of dog care. 24/7 webcams allow human clients to check on their pets throughout the day by computer or handheld mobile device.

Often, they see a Spot Experience staffer serenading the dogs with a guitar. Customers of The Spot Experience can also make use of the firm’s expert groomers for anything from scissor cuts to hand stripping. If dogs need to be boarded overnight, Spot's soft beds in an open area, not in crates, ensure their security and rest under the eye of a highly trained dog handler.
