On the way to the future

It is our dream to create an Ultrasonic firm, that in spirit of equality among all Ultrasonic partners, can create, develop and produce Ultrasonic machinery and Ultrasonic solutions, which both we and our customers can be proud of.

The way to the future

Our commercial concept is to unite all minor ultrasonic companies in the world, to one large technology / trade organisation. We are working in a close partnership with our customer, to insure growth and added value for our customers and our partners.

Even the smallest action says more than the biggest intention

Our visions

In 2015, we will have united 40% of all the minor ultrasonic companies in one trade organisation, where we all shall be able to profit from the development that the other partners has done, without needing to do the same investments them selves. We will maximize our quality and productivity by creating a culture of learning, so that we can attract and keep the best employees.

Positive thinking is how you consider a problem.

Enthusiasm is how you sympathize with a problem.

In conjunction, the two determine how you deal with a problem.

Our values

Our values define the Sonic culture and are an important part of achieving our vision. These values show who we are, and how we treat each other. They benefit everybody - our partners and our customers. We want good commitment between Sonic and its partners. We believe in a long-term relationship, in which we work together, support each other and develop an attractive working environment. At Sonic we keep our word and all our dealings are based on honesty, consideration and confidence. We ensure that we fulfil the agreement we make by promising no more than we can keep. We encourage our environments in witch straight talking is the norm. Environments in which each individual person can give and receive honest and constructive feedback. We support the reliability of Sonic by doing things simply and with open honest communication by both word and action.

The fear of disaster is the major impediment to learning and creativity.

Innovation

We want all Ultrasonic partners to contribute with ideas and proposals to new solutions for all partners. We want to create a culture in which we can positively challenge our ability to think creatively and innovatively. At the same time, we want to ensure that ideas are collected and implemented in specific actions and results.

Anyone who claims that it is not possible must learn not to interrupt someone who is actually doing it

We want Sonic to be a profitable business, which is constantly growing and developing. This demand, that all partners have the right commitment. We achieve this with a big and strong social commitment for the individual partner. This effects and improves the firm's process and results. Together, we can create a positive working environment, which is driven by high commitment, dynamism, humour and a happy workforce, in which there is a natural connection and balance between work and leisure.

Sense of responsebility

At Sonic, we put the focus on the ultrasonic partner. We do not release an assignment until it has been solved to the satisfaction of each individual partner. The sense of responsibility is not defined by time, but means that we put ourselves in the position of the partner. We make demands on each other, and therefore everyone is entitled to demand a good working environment, clear objectives, information and valuable feedback, as well visible and supportive leadership. We expect individual partner to take responsibility for their tasks and show a positive attitude towards finding the information and knowledge necessary to ensure that the task is resolved to the satisfaction of the partner.

Good humour

Humour is the basis of the creativity and confidence, which we want individuals to have in their environment. Being an partner of Sonic must be a good experience and produce a positive feeling. This means that it is fun to go to work. We must therefore be able to create an informal working environment, characterized by good humour, many smiles and general sympathy. We want to show that we appreciate the efforts of individuals, and we will be on the look out at all times for an opportunity to reward the special effort of a partner.

The culture we want

Will not come about by it self. It demands constantly persuasion and attention. It is a constantly developing process and it is the total sum of all our actions. It is basically, the way in which we act. Our partners want and deserve inspiring leadership, and the leadership therefore has a special duty to support our values and lead the partners with themselves as the example. Our values define Sonic and they create a unity on the way towards achieving our vision in the interests of our partners.

We learn while we walk

We want to encourage our partners in constant growth and development through good teamwork and valuable care. When we all go in the same direction and are ale to develop and improve our selves, this will also be to the benefit of our partners. "We learn, while we walk" is our motto. In developing we are not deadlock in one solution, we are living of our creativity for the benefit of our partners.
