Established in 1989 in Ankara, Turkey, our company has more than 20 years of experience in delivering travel and event management services. We are a specialized travel and tourism agency, delivering a wide range of top-quality services to international organizations, international companies, public sector, embassies, as well as to the individuals.
YANKI is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, and employs some 40 well-qualified and experienced staff delivering high quality travel, tourism and event management services. Our head office is in downtown Ankara, located conveniently across the Turkish Grand Assembly. Our main office is in walking distance to most of the partners of UN Agencies.
We are an “A-Class” Travel Agency, registered to the Turkish Travel Agencies Association (TURSAB) and authorized by the Ministry Culture and Tourism.
We have become a member of International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 1993. This membership provides us with the opportunity to deliver international travel management services.
Mission is to deliver first-class services in a cost efficient way that exceeds quality expectations of our customers, by combining a dynamic, solution-oriented and experienced team with modern technological infrastructure.
As a result of our mission, we acquired ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems certificate with a view to manage our services so that they consistently deliver results that meet expectations of our clientele. Our information management systems comply with the international standards, as proven by our certificate on Information Security Management System, ISO/IEC 27001:2005.
Our organizational capabilities and experience allow us not only deliver integrated travel and event management services to our clients, but also address specific needs of our clients in a timely manner. We take pride in being one of the few travel and tourism agencies that can maintain a high service quality in serving corporate bodies as well as individuals.
We deliver: Travel Management Services: Advice on itinerary, airline and hotel reservation, airline and hotel booking, airline ticketing, travel insurance, visa attainment, etc.Event Management: We deliver turnkey event (congresses, conferences, workshops etc.) management services by using our internal resources as well as well-established nonexclusive partnerships with specialized service providers (e.g. printing, catering, translation, audio-visual recording etc.).
Complementary and supplementary services: Airport transfers, meeting and greeting, car rentals, other forms of transportation arrangements and services, after-sale support services etc. We utilize Amadeus and Troya travel management systems, which are industry standards for 24/7 booking and reservations.

Present Activities (focus on TEMS)
YANKI presently deliver travel, tourism and event management services to international organizations, international companies, public sector, embassies, consulates, civil society organizations, as well as to the individuals.
We deliver our services as per the request of our clients either in the form of integrated travel and event management services or modularly; our corporate capabilities allow us to do both.
Integrated Travel and Event Management Services
Most of our corporate clients seek turnkey travel and event management solutions, which involve management of all logistical aspects of an event together with the arrangements related to organization of the event itself.
Under integrated travel and event management services, we ;
Conduct market research to identify the best venue for our clients, and deliver budgeting services,
Reserve and book hotel rooms, venues, arrange for catering services, including gala dinners,
Organize all national and international travel of event participants, this includes reservation, booking, confirmation and ticketing,
Deliver complementary logistical services in the form of meeting and greeting, airport transfers, shuttles etc.
Deliver onsite support during the events,
Arrange specialized services such as cultural trips, translation, interpretation, audio-visual recording, sound systems, stage decoration, printing, mailing, event websites, online and offline registry, first-aid, security, production of event materials, event kits (e.g. batches, DVDs, booklets, proceedings etc.).
Our corporate capabilities allow us to handle both travel and event management services simultaneously, thereby mitigating most of the operational and logistical risks.
