1、负责ZF-Ecolite变速器国产化。控制物料成本，制定国产化项目进度，确保供应商及时交样； 2、协调ZF欧洲开发部，解决项目开发过程中的技术及工艺问题。定时向ZF欧洲项目部汇报国产化进度及物料成本； 3、协调各产品采购工程师寻找合格供应商，评估报价及供应商能力，制定开发进度； 4、协调供应质量工程师，确保供应商按期提交合格的样品及文件； 5、定期召开项目会议，及时掌握项目状态，确保项目按计划进行； 6、负责轴承及C-parts产品采购，寻找合格供应商，进行报价评估及谈判，可行性分析，与供应商签订开发合同。跟踪样件开发过程，培养供应商提交符合ZF要求的PPAP文件。
