-Duties as Budget Analyst: Conduct a monthly, Quarterly and yearly budget to actual costs analysis, Ensure that all costs were allocated as the budgeted, Prepare monthly variances summery explanation & reports for the G&A cost centers to present it to the Management, Participate in the course of the preparation of annual budgets & revise budgets (for the fiscal years 2013 &2014).

-Duties as Audit analyst: Schedule and carry out the annual Cost Recovery Audit (Yemeni Ministry of Oil compliance audit) plans for Block 51 & Block 14 Prepare Cost Recovery Audit requirement (Government audit) for the auditors before the scheduled day for audit, Create audit reports (memos) subject to Audit Supervisor’s perusal and submission to the Ministry of Oil, ensuring consistency with responses provided in prior years,

Key Duties: Undertaking statutory audit and preparation of accounts, reports, ad-hoc assignments etc, under the supervision of Managers and/or Partners, Co-ordinate fieldwork at clients including liaising with relevant departments, Liaising with clients and related third parties, Ensuring that all work is carried out to deadlines and within budget, Passing and posting adjustment entries, Assisting & supervising new trainees.

Key Duties: Checking all supporting document’s and accuracy of the payments, Make sure that all supporting documents are authorized and signed, Following up project payments and compare it with the budget l Checking the bank statements with the ledger and making bank reconciliation for miscomputed accounts, Following up the advances and their clearance, Checking fixed asset register and make sure of validity and the physical count for this assets.
