Support the Facility Manager in Managing the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Installations. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. Facilitating energy conservation by identifying and implementing various options for saving energy. Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. Coordinate periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

Completing all tasks set by the Supervisor and assisting wherever possible. Participate in design process of preparing comprehensive wiring diagrams for residential and commercial buildings according to project objectives. Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement. Attending meetings and workshops, Conducting research and collating data. Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
