During my internship, I developed a ticket management platform using Angular and Spring Boot, featuring JWT-based security, role hierarchy (Super Admin, Admin, Client), and a real-time chat system. Key features included ticket prioritization, full CRUD, PDF report generation, and advanced filtering. This experience sharpened my full-stack skills, especially in secure architecture and building collaborative web applications.

During this internship, I completed a comprehensive web development course, gaining hands-on experience in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) and backend (Java, Spring Boot) development. It laid the foundation for my technical journey, equipping me with strong full-stack skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in backend technologies.
