Responsible for developing business from Small and Medium Enterprises, both Trade and Corporate segments across the Middle East region.

In my new role, I have been entrusted with the responsibility to explore new avenues for Business and re-establish growth in existing markets in the region. The key responsibility for my role would be to develop new business in these challenging times and overall develop a long term strategy and outlook for exploring new business, fostering current relationship and ties with Corporates and enhance incremental revenue for the company.

As my first assignment under the Leadership course, my responsibility was to manage 'On Business' - The Corporate Loyalty program for the company. In addition to managing the day-to-day functions of managing the program, my objectives were to work on the growth of the program and develop a strategy for the program for the year 2009-10. This included managing key projects to enhance revenue, loyalty through the program and contribute to the overall corporate revenue for the region.

This was a start of my I.T. Career in BA. Moving from the environment of airport ops & telesales to I.T. The years started off with extensive training on BA IT systems, system administration & infrastructure support. This further developed into handling projects in various areas of the business.
