In the lighting industry, I work as an IT Application Manager within a company in Munich, Germany, and I am responsible with very complex applications, in large enterprise environments, using complex technologies (Middleware, Business Intelligence, ETL, Virtualization, Java, .NET), on Windows / Linux platforms: technical consulting, application administration, migrations, upgrades, technical documentation, installations, deployments, tuning, monitoring, support; application interfaces to SAP modules.

In the banking / finance field, I worked as an IT Infrastructure Specialist within a Bank in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and was responsible with implementation, integration, infrastructure and middleware services for a major banking project “Abgeltungssteuer” (new German Compensation Tax regime): J2EE, WebLogic, IBM MQ Series, Oracle, on UNIX platforms, analysis, architecture, implementation, installation, configuration, administration, tuning, capacity planning, support and troubleshooting.

In the insurance (life and pension) field, I worked as a Technical Consultant within an insurance company in Copenhagen, Denmark, and was responsible with implementation and integration of various IT projects, buildings of J2EE applications from source code with ANT, deployment of applications to environments, implementation and maintenance of development systems, administration, configuration and support of J2EE/JEE WebLogic servers.

In the airspace field, I worked as a Middleware Engineer within an airspace company in Brussels, Belgium, and was responsible with implementation and integration of air traffic projects using middleware products (J2EE/JEE WebLogic), development of UNIX scripts, technical guides and documentation.

In the transportation field, I worked as a Technical Consultant within a government company in Toronto, Canada and was responsible with implementation, integration, infrastructure, architecture and middleware services, using Middleware (J2EE/JEE WebLogic), Business Intelligence (WebFOCUS Server, ReportCaster Server, WebFOCUS Developer Studio), ETL (Informatica PowerCenter), in various IT projects.

In the banking / finance field, I also worked as a Technical Consultant within a Bank of Commerce in Toronto, Canada, and was responsible for implementation, integration, infrastructure, middleware services for major banking projects using complex technologies: middleware products (J2EE WebLogic, IBM MQ Series), Datawarehousing - ETL Informatica PowerCenter; Business Intelligence (Cognos), analysis, architecture, installation, configuration, tuning, administration, support.
