Develop and optimize models and methods to determine aircraft unit load device requirement for customers and prospects. Develop and optimize KPI's for the corporate management, e.g. related to repairs of aircraft containers or pallets.

Calculate and develop statistics and KPI's for the management, the canton of Zurich, the Swiss Federal Statistical Office or the Media. Analyze and optimize processes for University-internal departments. Contribute in projects within the Controlling department. Develop a Content Management System in MS Access for the University's published organizational units (www.orgdb.uzh.ch). Manage HR-related data within the internal ORACLE database.

Concept and develop workflow applications in MS Access for the departments or Logistics (aircraft unit dispositioning) and Accounting (billing), train Unitpool employees in MS Access (basics in development of small desktop databases).

Develop and implement processes to collect and maintain KPI's for Operations and Finance, support market- and competitor analyses, support analyses to assess business opportunities, lead small department-internal projects, e.g. to further optimize the reporting to the Finance department.

Develop and conduct training in general air cargo business competence, Sales and Swiss WorldCargo IT solutions, act as quality auditor (EFQM method)

Act as shift leader in charge for a dedicated cluster at Cargo Revenue Management, lead and support 5 direct reports, support Market Pricing with Cargo Revenue Management related analyses.

Responsible for distribution and controlling of network-station allotments for cargo agents, evaluation of customer contracts, process improvement and interface between network- and market organizations, development or contracts-database in MS Access

Optimize cargo utilization on assigned flights, optimize yield per flight, analyze trends, analyze allotment performance of customers, general system support
