Support as agile trainer and facilitator first steps of a whole department working more agile and self empowered and organized. Scrum Master in different projects. Supporting four parallel teams with my knowledge all around agile frameworks. Help teams learn and show the best version of themselves. Create creative Retrospectives and Workshops which involves people and find the answers they need in their own way.

With my two Children learning everyday all insights about agile work, being the most flexible, organized and empathic person 24/7. Getting direct and honest Feedback. Learning about error culture and a big love advance. Great life changing experience.

As Process Manager: My job is to improve internal processes for working more efficient and create quality products in all "VPMS" products. Therefore I am responsible for building agile teams for different topics to improve processes (from heat control to implementation of Microsoft TeamFoundationServer). Working closely with the management, with direct report to our VP are included in my routine. As Agile Coach: Create workshops, spread the agile mindset, support Scrum Masters and Product Owners

Out of personal interest, we developed some Apps for the mobile market, for example a prototype for a trade show in travel business, a raw photo viewer (FotosPlus) , games for Windows 10 and Windows Phone (WordSandwich, GetOutGame).

Working in agile teams as a Scrum Master and support the product owners. Working also as a software tester for the product "VPMS" (Video Production Management System) in Scrum Teams. I was responsible for creating test environment and tools using C#, Telerik Test Suite, Cruise Control and Microsoft TeamFoundationServer.

All projects are based on the "VPMS" System, which is used for television processes and one of the most used platforms in Germany. As Project Manager my job was project planning with time and budget with Microsoft Project, working with customers, make workshops remote or at the customer. Installing the system, testing and support the going life on the systems. I worked in Projects with Waterfall Method and as soon as possible bring some of them to agile projects, if possible from customers side.
