Provide remote and on-site support and services to shipyard employees and systems, providing support for locations around the globe within a 24 hour Help Desk. Manage tickets inside ticket system, follow-through on active tasks for efficient resolution of all complaints and issues. Manage knowledge base for errors or necessary updates, assist in the training of new technicians, and provide flexible on-boarding support for large client populations.

Manage Help Desk phones and e-mail for entering new, or updating open, tasks within ticket management system. Resolve open tickets remotely or on-site on issues including but not limited to; installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting for software and hardware. Provide updates and corrections to knowledge base, assist in the training of new technicians, and provide employee or client on-boarding.
