My responsibilities included reviewing and preparing documents and cases using various tools such as Google Suite, CRM, PDF editing software and VoIP calling services

As an English/Spanish Customer Service Representative, my main responsibility was to assist the public by addressing and dealing with a wide range of complex issues and situations, providing the necessary assistance in both English and Spanish, taking into account the cultural differences between the parties.
