• Develop report formats and analytical models that assist in forecasting of working capital and cash flow. • Saved over 25% of fixed costs and improved an increase in the operational margins • Develop on a project with the HR department and IT which allow us save over 60% of time wasting on mapping the type of employees in order to establish to FTE. •Responsible for the monthly closing and control all the inputs by coordinating between sales, finance operations and supply chain.
