VP-Finance - Project Manager for an M&A project in Spain (350 employees) Since Jan. 06 - President of French operations, in charge of a significant restructuring (1300 employees – 130m€) including redefinition of commercial relationship with customers, significant headcount reduction plan and production transfer to Tunisia. Since Jun.06 – In addition, President of the Spanish operations, major restructuring (900 employees – 100m€) – definition of future business model.

Joint venture Bosch-Valeo over a Japanese major player for AC-compressors – HQ in Tokyo – 10 sites worldwide - 800 M€ - 3.500 employees) In charge of finance, controlling and IS, member of the Board - Animation of the Finance and Controlling network worldwide (about 100 persons) - Implementation of a new information system (SAP introduction) and new reporting methods -Definition and validation of post acquisition GoodWill - Define mid term Business plans - Financing negotiation with local banks.

German Division - (Turnover 350 M€ - 1.500 employees) - Financial Controller of three production sites (France, Germany and Czech Republic) - Establishment of strategic plans in collaboration with the general management and the group’s head office - Consolidation, rationalization and adaptation of the financial management teams (40 employees) on the different sites of the division - Responsible for the Information Technology departments in the German and Czech plants (15 employees).

Plant Rodach, Germany (Turnover 120 M€ - 800 employees) - Plant Controller (team of 16 people) – Primary responsible for the integration of the new division (formerly Siemens) in the Valeo culture - Reorganization of the controlling and accounting team (creation of new functions: industrial controllers, cash manager etc...) – Managing the post acquisition Good Will in the Balance sheet – Budget and Plans definition and follow up through key performance indicators.

Head of a team of 3 people - Cost and budget control - Reporting / budgeting - Implementation of a production information software (Mac Pac) - Project leader for the implementation of an accounting software Controller for R&D activities - Cost and budget controller for the central services in Paris - Responsible for the monthly reporting.

Responsible for the cost accounting, budgetary controlling - consolidation of the balance sheet on IAS basis and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the operational management in Germany and to the functional management in the headquarters Paris - secretary to the board of directors of the German company.
