Alberto Corisco Nieto

As lead Enterprise Architect, I was responsible for the definition and implementation of Spain’s digital workplace strategy. That allowed me to collaborate with a broad range of technical and non-technical divisions across local and global areas, gaining a much wider view and deeper understanding of the company.

I was end-to-end responsible (inception, product ownership, architecture, development and operation) of a set of middleware services. Their primary purpose was to enable the functional integration of all branch equipment into the corporate processes and applications. That also implied acting as primary liaison in engineering guilds as well as leading, managing and coaching two teams of the area's software factory (9 people).
