Researching, analyzing, developing and implementation of Compensation and Benefits system, tracking of trends regarding Comp and Ben systems, engaging consultants agencies in order to participate in Republic of Serbia salary survey, analyzing and benchmarking received results with current salaries within company, recommending possible solution for salary increasing. Achieving commercial and financial goals for the branch portfolio entrusted. Implementation of promotional campaigns and new product introductions. Monitoring and control of branch activities routine and responsible for compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Coaches and trains staff as needed. Taking care of branch image, communication and customer satisfaction. Managing of the central training center for the development of sales advisors and small business advisors professional competences.
