SAP Finance Consultant. Experience from nine SAP projects during six years, mainly from manufacturing industry, where I acted as Finance and Controlling consultant covering all phases of project life cycle and all finance SAP modules (FI, CO, FI-AA, IM).  Team leading experience (role of managing consultant) from international SAP roll-out in automotive industry as well as leading experience from project of outsourcing of accounting processes.

Responsible for cost accounting of the company and for CO module of SAP R/3, implementing Celestica Inc. principles of cost controlling. In 2001 and 2002/2003 I took part in two SAP implementation in Celestica in the role of key user. Responsible for implementation of CO module (Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Cost planning, Product Cost Controlling, Assessment/ Distribution cycles) and for integration of CO/FI to other SAP modules (PP, SD, MM).

- Development of profitability analysis methodology and its implementation in SAP R/3 including interface from billing and CRM systems. - Customization of CO-PA module (esp. creating value fileds and characteristics, defining top downs, assessment cycles) - Maintenance and improvement of profitability analysis (COPA) and controlling (CO) modules of SAP R/3. - Performing financial analysis (mainly profitability analysis) and operational analysis (mainly analysis of call traffic) .

Performing analysis of external and internal environment of the company as a building block for corporate SWOT analysis. - Analysing of services portfolio of the company using portfolio analysis techniques (life cycle analysis, BCG matrix, GE matrix) - Creating planning models for the above mentioned services portfolio analysis
