Setup and management of the global SAP Competence Center with direct reports in Switzerland, Germany and the US: SAP consultancy for senior management and internal customers with regard to strategy and project management; Maintenance and support of SAP systems (modules/tools: FI, CO, HR, BW, EC-CS, TR/CFM, SAP Solution Manager); Management of SAP projects; Implementation of Sarbanes Oxley controls in the SAP environment; Responsible for global data warehousing (Business Objects and SAP BW)

Management of the SAP support team: Design and implementation of a new SAP system landscape for the airline area; Project management of the SAP TR-CM (cash management module) implementation; Manage close-down of SAP activities and support organization following Swissair's bankruptcy
