I managed the integration of AutoEntry with Sage's infrastructure as a consultant. My responsibilities included providing consultancy on global IT operations, strategic planning, technology architecture design, service strategy, and infrastructure lifecycle management. Additionally, I independently implemented infrastructure solutions, configured global networks, and designed and supported cloud and datacenter environments.

I managed the integration of AutoEntry Compliance with the Sage Compliance team. My role included providing consultancy and implementation support for ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO/IEC 27017:2015, and ISO/IEC 27018:2014 standards, ensuring GDPR compliance with the Operations Director, conducting independent internal and external audits, advising on risk management processes, providing consultancy on security strategies and practices, and developing and implementing a cybersecurity strategy.

As a contractor for Ocrex Limited, a start-up, I transformed the company into an enterprise-level organisation by providing expertise in: Infrastructure: Designed and built scalable IT infrastructure. Security: Developed and implemented security measures. Compliance: Ensured adherence to industry standards and regulations. Implemented ISO 27001, 27005, 270017 and 270018. Key Contributions: Architected resilient infrastructure, enforced security protocols, and guided regulatory compliance.

I joined Evros as a Transition Manager and Technical Account Manager and acting Service Delivery Manager. My role is a mixed role whereby I interface between all departments, Professional Services, Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultants and the customers directly. - Project Implementations - Supporting the sales team and presales, Managed Services for Transitions and new opportunities - Team management

After I completed and delivered all my projects, I went on a vacation of three months. I travelled around Germany, Italy and Holland, before I started my next challenge.

AVP – Unified Communications Senior Engineer as an internal Subject Matter Expert for Citi, developing and engineering the technology infrastructure Strategy, Design, solutions and standards for Citi’s global Unified Communications, “Building the Bank”. Working on products that provide Video Conference, Audio Conference, Web Conferencing, Audio and Video Streaming. Responsibilities include engineering of Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, WebEx and other Unified Communications technologies.

I provided a wide range of technical skills from software and hardware installation, including server installation and configuration.
