I primarily focus on Frontend SWA, more specifically Micro Frontend Architecture (MFA), but also actively push the development of the new e-banking as Lead Web Developer. I therefore not only design solutions, but also deliver PoCs and fully functional framework features. It is my mission to not only lay out a solid baseline architecture which focuses on the non-functional properties of a SWA and therefore positively impacts the UX, but also to provide a framework with great developer experience (DX).

As a Lead Web Developer and Architect for Micro Frontend Architecture (MFA) I push BAWAG P.SK.'s Web Apps to the next level. I've designed and delivered a fully-fletched MFA that is using Angular 8, TypeScript at its core. After about 5 month of intense development of the MFA (and a successful go-live of an app that uses this very MFA - which aced the pentest btw), the Framework is finished and I am able to support the Web Squad "Georgy" as Scrum Master, besides being its Lead Web Dev.

I'm currently responsible for leading an agile team of five software engineers and two testers, to develop a new product for our brokers. My tasks include: Coordination of the team and external partners by leveraging an agile software development process (SCRUM); state-of-the-art frontend software architecture (Angular with ahead of time compilation (AOT) and lazy loading) and training of frontend developers to meet the projects' needs.

I'm currently leading and coordinating the development of several Angular2 applications which target the insurance business.

I gave a seminar at the Yangon Technological University (YTU), formerly know as Rangoon Institute of Technology (RIT), in which I talked about state-of-the-art web development. I introduced the students to the web framework Angular (currently V4) and raised awareness of the new challenges in modern web development. I'm very grateful to Dr. Win Zaw (Associate Professor & Head of Department at Yangon Technological University) for this opportunity.
