As a PMO Director, I am responsible for managing the implementation of eFAWATEERcom, the national electronic bill payment and presentment solution in Jordan including defining the product roadmap, business requirements, market and cost analysis. Also responsible for rolling our the project in Palestine, Oman and Albania. I have also been responsible for setting up the Project Management Office using PMI’s best practices and currently working on moving it to Agile implementation.

As a Corporate & Business Development Manager, I was responsible for implementing a projectized approach at Oasis500, the first early stage investment fund in the MENA region. I was also responsible for implementing projects in Jamaica, KSA , Tunisia and Oman while tracking and measuring the outcomes of all of the implemented projects based on pre-defined KPIs. The role also required me managing and nurturing relationships with major players in the local, regional and global entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As a project manager, I was responsible for implementing healthcare solutions in KSA and Qatar. I was managing the overall relationship and acted as the primary contact with all of the stakeholders in those countries. I was responsible for developing all project related requirements such as statements of work, project scope, business requirements, project plans; communication plans, test plans and change request plan, project charters outlining scope, deliverables, resources, budget, risks and timelines.

As a product owner, I was part of the team that launched Zain mobile wallet in Jordan. I was responsible for defining timelines, roadmaps, concept papers, roll-out plans, evaluation metrics and KPIs for every project within the product portfolio. I was responsible for tracking the projects’ progress and reporting on any issues or risks as they arise. I was also responsible for reviewing pricing and business value models, budgets as well as commission and reward schemes.

As a senior business analyst, I was responsible for eliciting the requirements, editing specifications and business processes, identifying customers’ needs and evaluating alternative solutions while increasing customer satisfaction and effectively managing their expectations. I was responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, communication between stakeholders, progress update and issue reporting.

As a senior quality assurance engineer, I was responsible for extracting detailed test cases from the approved business requirements. I documented and tracked test results while performing black box testing. I was responsible for testing different types of applications (web and desktop applications).

As a quality assurance engineer, I was responsible for performing black box testing, documenting deployment processes, installation guides, user manuals and business scenarios. I also edited and revised all of the newsletters in Arabic and English and I temporarily coordinated different projects' activities.
