Oversee the recruitment life-cycle completing all administrative tasks in relation to advertising, HR clearances. Configuring all new-starter profiles on HR Systems Provide full administrative support to the HR and Payroll function for all new-starters/leavers and maintaining current records for all staff (Changes to Contracts, Pay Reviews, Annual Leave, Pension Updates) Provide first-point advisory support to Line Manager in all ER issues.
