Managing the total commercial activities of the Turkish subsidiary of the German direct selling company. I was leading a team within 2 different industries, 2 national sales managers, 5 department managers, 5 specialists, 3 key account managers , 20 district managers and 135 sales reps and working in the field. Selected Contributions: ü Full P&L responsibility. ü Increase the total crew to 190 people in April 2016.
Leading a sales force with more than 120 employees including a management team with 4 regional sales managers and 16 area sales managers and a key account manager. As one of the top supplier, I managed the direct sales force of automotive aftermarket for visiting the workshops and dealers, collecting the orders, organizing the aftersales procedures. The channel had direct sales function for end-users, sub-regional distributors, national accounts and regional key accounts.
Dual position between April 2011 – March 2012 with marketing manager Just after establishing the construction business unit from zero in Turkey, the role turned into sales manager for construction . The start-up activities were field research, desk research, establishing the product portfolio and creating the initial stock.
Preparing the marketing planning for the whole fiscal year which indicates all the main targets and the action plans for those targets of the whole operative departments. Preparing and controlling the marketing budget. Directing the team who creates the yearly sales action plan, prepares the price lists, follow the topics in the marketing plan and control the product program.
