Leading Cut & Sew Costing activities for assigned OEMs and programs for Trim - Product Business Unit in Europe; providing the accurate total cost estimates and analysis for all new cost/quotations reviews in a timely manner; identification of risks and opportunities during quote process; providing a visibility of true cost at all levels in the organization by creating of the costing output package; supporting an annual process rate study for EU C&S plants

Ensuring correct process execution and on-time delivery of the results, coordination of activities within cluster, harmonization of processes, representation of country cluster in external environment. COPA/PCA posting (advertising, bonus for customer, listing fees, commissions), updating of primary and secondary costs and allocation keys. Budgeting for production plants and overview of specific lines.

Financial data analysis on country / product level (e.g. product costs); monthly reporting and analysis of an operative performance; preparation of forecasts and target vs actual comparisons; cost center accounting maintenance and analysis; COPA / PCA checks, analysis and postings.

Analysis of cost of goods (based on standard cost); calculation of costs for new and existing products in production (subcontracting and purchasing); ensuring integrity and accuracy of data from production and purchasing; measurement of variances in production and purchasing; reporting on cost changes and variances; centralized settlement of process order variances; improvements of existing processes; initial training of experts/key users in incoming projects, also supporting in fixing SSC/local challenges.
