My role as a university lecturer and doctoral candidate at the Institute of Educational Science is to raise the awareness of preservice teachers on unconscious bias, critical self-reflection, critical-thinking among other thematic subjects by using co-creative facilitation methods and implementing an andragogic approach to teaching.

As the Senior Training Consultant at the Ministry of Public Health- Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) , I conducted and coordinated the Performance Based Financing (PBF) Training of Trainers workshop that prepared trainers for the successful national cascade training for PBF verifiers in the following provinces: Equateur, Bandundu, Maniema and Katanga. I also designed and implemented a training curriculum for 147 verifiers for the Performance Based Financing Health Strengthening Programme in the DRC.

In my role as the PBF Master Trainer, I developed and coordinated the first PBF internship programme in Nigeria with a training pool of 59 candidates. The training programme was rigorous and incorporated IT training and leadership/communication skills development. Participants of this training programme are well integrated into the PBF health strengthening programme in Nigeria.

As the Senior Communications Advisor for Sustainable Healthcare Initiative, I developed and implemented brand recall items for road shows and other behavior change communication programmes towards our targeted malaria outreach campaign. Furthermore, I conducted qualitative research to determine the impact of media materials in targeted areas across the nation. Additionally, I spearheaded the social marketing campaign for malaria sensitization nationwide in Nigeria.

In this role, I was charged with the responsibility of creating the first ever on-line International Directory on Lifelong Learning for the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning. In addition, I managed the content development of the directory and assisted in drafting a report to the UNESCO General Conference in 2011 on the monitoring of the UNESCO Recommendation on the Development of Adult Education.

At Teachers Without Borders, my role was to train teachers on 21st century teaching skills by mainly empowering teachers to move from a pedagogical teaching approach to a more learner-focused approach. Additionally, I was in charge of coordinating Millennium Development Goals training programmes.

As a recruiting coordinator, I organised executive hiring packets for Larry Page (co-founder of Google Inc.) and his team of directors for weekly hiring committee meetings and supported executive recruiters, senior engineers and their staff in offices nationwide by coordinating and responding to complex requests for interview schedules.

In this role, aside from my daily work routine of answering phone calls, reserving conference rooms and providing administrative assistance, I provided a training platform for communication and leadership development for Associates and Principals by founding the first Toastmasters Club at Barclays Global Investors. Equally, I provided outstanding customer service and was an excellent representative of Barclays Global Investors to visitors and clients on their visit to the company headquarters.

As an English Teacher for AEON. Amity, I developed, implemented, and supervised lesson plans for daily English instruction through the creative use of textbooks, role play and music . I was then promoted to the role of teacher trainer and was charged with onboarding new teacher hires. I also had the privilege of being awarded teacher of the month for exceptional teaching and outstanding attitude.
