• Creating Statements of Work. • Creating contract requests in Coutts's Contract Management Tool (Contract X). • Ensuring Contract X tool is up to date with data being consistent and resolving anomalies where they exist.

• Reconciliation of invoices - ensuring time invoiced and fee rates are correctly billed to Coutts and match what is recorded in Coutts's internal systems. • Ensuring invoiced costs are taken from correct cost centers and general ledgers. • Invoice analysis on ambiguous invoices. • Liaising with Financial Accounts Payable team and departmental staff to obtain further information on invoices where required. • Tools used: SAP.
