As the leader of a team of cross functional business development groups, working directly with both sales and marketing departments, I am responsible for ensuring the leads delivered to the sales teams are high quality sales prospects. Leading the team, I am responsible for consistently analyzing and improving the business processes, systems and tools to ensure the efficiency, consistency and quality of leads passed to Sales.
