I participated in projects in different international locations such as Spain, UK, Panama, Portugal and Germany. I was responsible for the underwriting due diligence review of secured and unsecured loans (performing and non-performing, either residential, corporate and consumer loans), including the review of loan file documentation, credit scores and credit history, guarantees, LTV, review of legal procedures, or review of the asset management performed by servicing companies.

As a Travel Assistant I am responsible for handling requests from clients, either for travel inspiration, personalized itineraries, bookings or support. I have also been involved in the set-up of the Travel Assistant department, including costumizing our CRM software, searching for potential business partners, defining work-flow procedures and internal organization.

My main responsibilities were to provide legal assistance regarding corporate affairs; assist the CEO and legal department in the negotiation and review of contracts; prepare corporate presentations, translate documents and draft correspondence; and I was also responsible for document management and co-responsible for corporate communication.

My main responsibilities were to provide assistance in the negotiation and management of servicing contracts with clients such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse First Boston, Bank of America and Apollo Management; to give assistance in corporate affairs (General Shareholders and Board meetings, financial audits, etc); to translate contracts and other legal documents; and I was also responsible for corporate communication.

Main tasks: managing an investment portfolio owned by Goldman Sachs, which included tasks such as drafting and revising business plans; discussing and approving strategies with the investor; asset management (financial and legal – mainly foreclosure procedures); coordinating task forces; substitute the team leader when necessary.
