 Have been a part of projects that involved evaluating consumer behaviour to gauge new store performance for one of the largest chain of supermarkets in the UK.  Analyzed trends in the movement of consumers and products across the store floor.

Served as a consultant in the temp- staffing vertical of the organization. Managed a team engaged in end to end HR operations for major corporate houses across industries

Collaborated with managers of multiple client accounts on HR processes involving talent acquisition & management, induction, employee engagement, ER, payroll & exit management.

 Handled a contractual employee base of 500+.  Responsible for administrative operations involving joining formalities/induction programs, maintaining employee’s database & employee records, managing employee events (engagement activities) , looking into the MIS operations , payroll etc.

 Spearheaded a project that involved developing a network with educational institutions for a start-up wing of IMS - Dhruv, the career development division  Handled projects involving assessment ( using personality, interest and aptitude tests) and coaching with positive customer feedback  Organized various career related forums such as interactive exhibitions ,workshops, seminars
