• Led a research project and designed a series of experiments to evaluate an impact of an antimalarial drug prototype on parasite biology and patent it. • Improved the cultivation of malaria parasite. • Validated and troubleshooted lab protocols. • Investigated in collaboration the role of SARS-Cov2 mRNA features on translation efficiency and stability. • Consulted Mybiotics Pharma LTD. • Mentored students on laboratory techniques, experimental design, and data analysis.

During the pandemic lockdown, I participated in the G-INCPM Covid-19 testing center, Weizmann Institute of Science with Israel's Ministry of Health support. Received gratitude from WIS.

• Completed R&D workflow analysis of the mAb platform to find steps for improvement. Optimized the laboratory gene assembly. • Designed bacterial producer strains, optimized the cultivation conditions in small scale and bioreactor up to 10L, and created new SOPs. • Maintained a Sanger sequencing service. • Developed wiki-space for R&D division, to store documentation, SOPs, and literature reviews; • Actively trained personnel and provided scientific leadership.

• Developed multiplex PCR-test systems, and created two guidelines for the ICU of the Burdenko Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery. • Conducted preparation for NGS and bioinformatic analysis of bacterial genomes. • Created an extensive collection of clinical pathogens. • Prepared documentation for the patent department. • Presented scientific results in oral and poster presentations. • Lectured on Governmental refresher courses (series of lectures «Basics of bacterial genetics»).
