Currently I support two different business branches. I am managing all aspects of HR cycle by partnering on a daily basis with managers and team members. Those branches are: R&D department, head count 200+ employees, located in Russia international team of 50+employees in multiple locations (Brazil, Mexico, Italy, UK, Czech Republic, India).

This role was close to HR generalist as I was responsible for full HR support and also providing recruitment on my own. I was responsible for Digital Marketing Function (3 different products). Job scope: Managed recruitment ‑ managed all stages from selection and assessments to onboarding and orientation. Managed internal communications. Developed and implemented KPIs scheme (development, implementation, communication). Implemented grading system. Organized several team buildings.

This role was a mix of C&B and HRBP. From here I started my switch to HRBP.

In 2009 I was nominated to lead Reward HR Transformation Project. Aim of the project was harmonization of all local reward processes with global ones considering local opportunities and demands. During the project, I designed new variable pay policy, reviewed all current C&B processes, corrected where necessary, and approved it with regional HR office. I have changed the mobile phones administration system – implemented the process of deduction sums exceeding set limit.
